1. Placing an order
1.1 General
WE ACCEPT ORDERS FROM AND WILL SHIP TO ANY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD.
If your country of residence is not on the list at checkout, please let us know at contact@ukko.com
Please read all of our policies and Terms & Condidions before placing an order with us so you can be sure to receive the service you expect from us.
To place an order, simply add the item(s) to your cart and follow the simple checkout process.
Your order will be handled within a few hours and we strive to deliver all mainland UK orders within 48 hours. More details about this and International deliveries, please seen below.
This website is operational and ready to take your order 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please note that our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm and is closed on public holidays.
1.2 Changes to the assortment
UKKO reserves the right to change the stock available on the site and the right to take out items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.
1.3 Confirmations
After placing an order you will receive an order
confirmation by e-mail and this will include your order
details.
As soon as we have sent your package you will receive
notification that your order has been shipped. All
these details will also be available in your account.
2. Payments & Prices
2.1 Debit & Credit cards we accept
VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SOLO, VISA DEBIT
2.2 Payment details
When paying with a card, you must enter your card security number (CVC) which is usually a 3 digit code found on the back of the card.
2.3 Prices and currencies we accept
All prices on our site are stated in UK Sterling.
The price of each item shown in the online store is excluding delivery charges but includes VAT. Delivery charges are presented below in section 3.
2.4 Price changes
UKKO reserves the right to change prices. The price at the time of placing an order is valid throughout that buying process.
3. Delivery Policy
We deliver to any country in the world. Delivery costs are as follows;
Mainland UK - £3.95
EU Member States - £7.95 (exc mainland UK/inc Highlands/Islands)
Rest of the world - £13.95 (inc Americas, Asia & Middle East)
IMPORTANT - these costs are for your entire order, whether you've bought one or multiple items.
FREE DELIVERY - We also run Free Delivery offers at various times throughout the year so please keep an eye out for those.
3.1 Mainland UK - £3.95
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For.
We will strive to deliver your order within 48 hours although please allow up to 5 working days. You will receive an email informing you when your order has been shipped and delivery times are Monday-Friday (except public holidays) between 08.00 – 17.00.
Please expect to sign for your order on delivery. If you're not available at the address you have stated, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.
3.2 EU Member States - £7.95
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For (or another internationally recognised courier such as TNT, DHL or UPS)
We will strive to deliver your order within 4 working days although please allow up to 8 working days. You will receive an email informing you when your order has been shipped.
Please expect to sign for your order on delivery. If you're not available at the address you have stated, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.
3.3 Rest of the World - £13.95
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For (or another internationally recognised courier such as TNT, DHL or UPS)
We will strive to deliver your order within 7 working days although please allow up to 10 working days. You will receive an email informing you when your order has been shipped.
Please expect to sign for your order on delivery. If you're not available at the address you have stated, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.
3.4 General information
If the attempts by Royal Mail to deliver to the stated address are unsuccessful, the package will be shipped back to UKKO. In such cases UKKO is not liable to refund the delivery cost.
4. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds Policy
4.1 General
You have the right to exchange or return goods within 14 days after receiving them.
Returned garments should not have been worn or damaged and should be returned unused in good condition and with labels intact.
When returning or exchanging an article you will have to pay for the return delivery to us.
The original delivery cost will not be credited, unless the return is due to damaged goods or a mistake made by UKKO.
Please remember that items bought on a sale will not be exchanged.
4.2 How to exchange or return an item
- Please email us at contact@ukko.com stating the order number, item to be exchanged or returned, together with the reason for return or exchange.
- You will receive a reply from our customer service department detailing if there is any problem with your exchange, otherwise, authorising your return.
- Please return the parcel to us enclosing a copy of your invoice to the following address.

- We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery, and keep proof of postage. Please note Returns are sent at your expense.
- We will email to confirm that your return has been processed. You will receive your refund, credit or exchanged goods within 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us. If there is likely to be any further delay, we will contact you.
5. Care Guide
Please refer to the wash care label on your garment at all times.
Polos
Our Polo's and T-shirts are all made from 100% cotton and
are machine washable at 30 degrees.
Please do not wash any of our polo's at more than 30 degrees as this may distort the shape of the top. We will ot be held responsible should this occur and will not provide a refund in such circumstances.
Knitwear
UKKO knitwear has been made with the greatest of care. We would
always recommend all knitwear to be stored flat to keep
your garment in shape. Please do not spin or tumble dry any of our knitwear and iron on the inside.
General wool advice:
Due to the natural characteristics of wool some pills (balls) may appear
on the surface of the garment over time. To maintain
the appearance of your garment we recommend using a
lint remover (available in most supermarkets).
Merino Wool:
UKKO only uses the finest pure merino wool. Due to the shrinkage
characteristics of this yarn they are DRY CLEAN ONLY.
6. Privacy Policy
At UKKO, we are committed to protecting your privacy, this means we only use the information we collect about you in order to process your order quickly and efficiently and to tell you about our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping all personal details confidential.
According to British law, we must ask you to accept that we handle your personal details.
UKKO will handle all details that you leave with us, or which we are given when you register on our site.
UKKO will only use the information given in order to fulfil our undertakings and provide the best service possible to our customers.
UKKO will not let a third party use your personal details for marketing without your consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files are corrected or deleted.

The Web Store is accessible to anyone who has access to the Internet. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colours with 100% accuracy.
7.6 Force Majeure
If UKKO fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to Force Majeure UKKO will not be responsible for the consequences. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
